1. Free Trial
TajirPoint offers a 14-day free trial for all subscription plans. During the trial period, you have full access to all features of your chosen plan. No payment is required during the trial, and you can cancel at any time without any charges.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- You will retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation
3. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we offer a prorated refund under the following conditions:
- Request made within 30 days of payment: Full refund minus one month's usage
- Request made within 90 days: 50% prorated refund
- After 90 days: No refund, but you may downgrade to a monthly plan
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at billing@tajirpoint.com with your account details
- Include your reason for requesting a refund
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Exceptions
We may refuse refunds in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of service
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
7. Service Credits
In case of service outages exceeding 24 hours, we may issue service credits proportional to the downtime. Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle.
