Can I cancel, or get a refund?

Cancel a paid plan any time — it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for a refund on any payment within 15 days of it.

Plans are priced and billed in US dollars (USD). We charge no transaction fees — payment-gateway processing fees are set by the gateway, not by us.
