By accessing or using TajirPoint's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
TajirPoint provides a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) software solution designed for retailers in Pakistan. Our services include inventory management, sales tracking, customer management, reporting, and related features.
3. Account Registration
To use TajirPoint, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
- TajirPoint offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing.
- Payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Maintain accurate business records
- Comply with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of TajirPoint is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
TajirPoint and its associated logos, features, and content are the intellectual property of TajirPoint. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without explicit written permission.
8. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TajirPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. TajirPoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
